axel says that he can play fire effects regardless of magic value, so since mushu is magic till played in your freind area could axel play him. i now most of you will say no but i want to hear feedback on the thought.

and yes i know that it cant be done cause of the first line. also cause barrel spider has a fire effect can it be played on a first world of lvl 2 or 1

no offense, but please read through the whole card before posting questions such as these.

No, you cannot play Barrel Spider on a lower world because of two reasons.

#1 The only time Dark Cars can be played on lower worlds if if another card lowers it's level or says otherwise (ex. Jack Skellington, Bit Sniper)

#2 Axel's effect text specifically says "Fire Effect' Magic Cards"
