Foundations (30)
4x Know when to talk (1/5 +3L)
4x Torn Hero (1/5)
4x Atoning for the Past (2/5 +3M)
4x Genius ALchemist (2/5)
4x Memories of a Nightmare (2/5)
4x Perfect Sense of Balance (2/5)
66 cards total, excluding character.

Breakdown:
1 x 2 checks (1.5%)
25x 3 checks (38%)
4 x 4 checks (6%)
36x 5 checks (55%)

39 Blocks (59%)

How it works:
Keep a Rising Hilt or Tiger Claw in hand to speed buff all of your attacks by 3 every turn. Get the Striking Thunder and as many Tiger Claws face up in momentum as possible. Block w/ Chi Disruptor and reversal stunning them out on their turn when possible.

I'm thinking maybe take the Hilt Impact out for something with a bit more killing power, but would welcome suggestions.

I think she might work off of fire better, but most of my good fire cards are in my Hata2 deck atm.

I only count 24 foundations... that's kinda low, bro.  If you had 30, you'd be in business.

I don't think you need all 4 Robes of the Grandmaster, considering they're a Unique that doesn't block.  It would be nice for your deck if you could get more Striking Thunder; it's a strong stand-alone attack, and it makes all your other attacks stronger.  Between Cassandra*, Eiserne Drossel, and Robes of the Grandmaster, getting it to stick shouldn't be much of an issue.

The problem I see for you is defense; abusing Cassandra*'s E means you're keeping a crappy block, and you have few foundations, none of which offer damage mitigation.  Ragnar** and Astrid will both give you fits if you can't pound their faces in quickly.  Also, Torn Hero AND Perfect Sense of Balance are pretty redundant, you only need one of the two IMHO.  I would focus on grabbing more of Yi Shan's support to make it a bit more sturdy.
