Furien_Rage 0 Posted August 19, 2009 I was hoping to get a little clarification on this. I know only one spawn card can be played per turn but, how many event cards can be played by the invader player assuming that the conditions are met on the card per turn? Thanks go out to all who answer.

Officially per DOOM rules, the Invader player can play as many Event cards as he can. {conditions met etc.} Unofficially and if you want semi-officially per DESCENT rules {which are more up to date versions of DOOM rules}, the Invader player is allowed to play 1 Event card per triggering condition per turn. I STRONGLY recommend that you play using this rule.
guest530780 2 Posted August 20, 2009 Unlimited, as noted. And Descent rules have nothing to do with Doom as far as playing Doom is concerned, though Descent's mechanics are spun off the earlier-released Doom.

Tibs 184 Posted August 24, 2009 One card per triggering event is the best way to go. For example, there is an invader card that grants an invader "double" movement. If you were to play two of those cards, technically the invader would have 4x movement and not 3x. Not like all that movement is that big of a deal, but if you were to give a zombie 4x movement, two attacks, and aim, that would just be ridiculous. RedMageStatscowski 117 Posted August 26, 2009 I play that you can play any number, but you cannot play duplicate cards
