My first try at block 4

 This is a pretty basic smash you in your face deck. I like it because Siegfried punishes you like no other when you try to commit or stun him. Any help with this deck will be great.

How do you punch attacks through if you don't have Base Hold in hand?  It seems you're basically relying on getting lucky and landing shots on their own.  If you can do that, I should reconsider my Yi Shan** deck's symbol of choice...

Looks pretty good aside from that.  Maybe run Rising Hilt over Reborn Basher as a kill since it can buff itself.

Soul Caliber is going to be awesome due to all the stun that is to be had in the new sets. I would strongly consider running yi shin cards especially some of his attacks along with some of his support so you can get better support. Yi Shin and Rasotep are  going to have the foundations you want to play to survive and be quirky. If you want to lay out continual damage then go with life and play some of Ivy's cards so that you can keep stringing attacks and use Needs No Ally and Seigfrieds character enhance to buff your damage.

 I think when king is released I am going to change my attack line up.   Because I think Siegy is going to be stupid when you get some throws behind him.  Also it is a lot harder to block in block 4.
