Strangers and Places Questions

Ok I'm a new player and the text on the cards is not very clear at all.

With places like the Tomb, Cave, Shrine, Magic Stream, Fountain of Wisdom etc... Do they happen to the player who drew the adventure card or to the next person who lands on the card? (E.g When you draw the Magic stream do you get a strength or do you have to land on it first. Same with the Tomb or Cave do you roll when you're the one who drew the card?)

Basically same question with strangers. When it says for the Phantom or any other stranger the next evil person to visit. What if you're evil do you get the wish? Or do you have to land on him? With the Witch do you roll when you draw her?

Yes. Basically you always encounter the cards you draw. The number order might mean your turn ends before you get to numbers 4-6, but if you don't lose a combat or draw a "lose your turn" encounter, you deal with the card(s) you drew.
