davbrat 0 Posted August 4, 2009 Hello, Has anybody else had trouble contacting Thaad in customer support? Back in April 09 I had sent Thaad an email about three WOW aircraft that needed replacement. The aircraft never made it to me and since the end of May 09 I have sent a few emails concerning the issue but I have yet to recieve any contact. Nothing in my SPAM filter. Sigh... I hate airing my problem here, but I can't seem to make contact via email or the support page. Thaad if you see/read/get this help! Thanks, Dave B.
