Nyobari 0 Posted November 28, 2008 Characters: 1x ***J.Talbain***Actions: 4x Tag Along 4x Yoga Adept 3x Begin Anew Assets: 3x Olcadan's Mentoring 4x Lynette's Shop 4x Seal Of Cessation Attacks: 3x Feline Spike 4x Kuzuyu Reppa 4x Sakura's Shinku Hadoken Foundations: 4x Buddhist Devotion 4x Lesser of Many Evils 4x Lord of the Makai 4x Bitter Rivals 3x Shooting Capoera 4x Chester's Backing 4x Natural Leader 4x Whirlwind 3x Unorthodox Training 2x Giradot's Leadership Sideboard: 3x Trapped in a Nightmare 2x Kung-Fu Training 3x Divination The deck tries to be all sorts of rude. As stated in a previous post, J. Talbain and Begin Anew are mean together, especially when you have a moon token. Yoga Adept is another nasty, nasty trick. Idea is that since J. Talbain's ability is static, that happens first, so you drop a foundation, THEN you play Yoga Adept to get rid of their played foundation. Yes, the deck has close to 70 cards, but who cares? It just means that it's easier to mulligan.
theboogerman 0 Posted December 1, 2008 Have you had any problems with Giradot's leadership being replaced by your other copy by means of an opponent's Olcadan's mentoring?
trane2 0 Posted December 1, 2008 your sideboard seems weak. it doesn't realy help the deck concept. other than that good deck.
