Ship Card Storage Solution

Recommended Posts

Thank you. I should have known FFG would be out of stock DOH! But at least I know the size.

I like that they put the sizes needed in color codes on the back of the boxes but you can't easily search the store for all the "yellow" sleeves they have for example. I'm surprised they don't link to the sleeves in the store on the game pages.

They do on the catalogue/product page, it's in the bottom left of each product page, the blue rectangle, the wording is a link to the sleeves. Or the sleeve packs are 4 menu clicks away from this page.

There it is: https://www.fantasyflightgames.com/en/products/star-wars-armada/products/star-wars-armada/

That page links you to a description of the sleeves system.

But the Core set page under store does not provide the sleeve info: http://store.fantasyflightgames.com/productdetails.cfm?SKU=SWM01

So the info is here but you have to look in the right place. :)

Personally I went with Mayday Games 70mmx120mm sleeves.  Not as thick but then you aren't going to be shuffling these cards, and at 75 sleeves for $2.00...shouldn't ever need to buy another pack, ever.

Mayday also has "packages" of their sleeves for Armada on their site.  You get the large, regular, and mini sleeves in the set.

Yeah, I just looked and saw I had been looking at a different page than you. Product rather than shop. Being in UK I tend not to frequent the FFG shop here. :-) Postal charges and the chance of getting stung for import duty and Post Office handling charges mean it's not worth while at times.
