How many tokens could I use in a turn

If I am understanding the rules correctly.  I can use a Command Dial + Command Token of the same type.  Could I also use other tokens as well?  With tarkin its very easy to save up command tokens for the late game so can I repair, increase speed, reroll an attack die, command a squadron and resolve my command dial all at once?  Also can i spend lets say 3 repair tokens in one turn if I've stocked them up?

You can spend as many Tokens as you have in a turn, within these limitations; you cannot resolve the same Command twice in a turn, you cannot have more than one of the same Token, and you cannot have more Tokens than your Command Value.

 

Which boils down to, you can use four Tokens a turn. But with the ships we currently have available, you can only spend three due to the highest Command Value being three.
