Do you gain bonus engineering points both when using dial and token?

For example

Nebulon gains 3 engineering points from the dial +2 ( 1 from Redemption and 1from EngTeam) and 2 from the token +2 (1 from Redemption and 1 EngTeam)

That gives you 9 engineering/repair points total !

 

Is that right or do you only gaind bonus points when revealing dial making it 7 total?

The dial and token count as a single resolution of the effect when paired, so the bonuses only kick in once (for a still-respectable 7 engineering points).
