Been almost a month have not heard from support.

Late last month I sent a support ticket in for a part from a game I bought. Reference code P022242. I have heard nothing at all about it since.Can I get help with it or not? Please let me know either way.

I happened to notice your post while cleaning up spam threads on the forum. I will also forward to the customer service team so they are aware. It is surprising that you have not heard anything yet.
