A New Soontir? and IG help

So I love Soontir to death and now that Autothrusters is out I have wanted to try some fun things with him, So, since he can take to Mods, what if I gave him EI over PTL for something like Lone Wolf with Autothrusters, 

 

Then with the IG help, I am trying to figure out what ETP to put on them at first i thought PTL was the best choice because they have so much green on the dial, but I'm second guessing it because while they are maneuverable is it worth it?

 

I have had  

PILOTS

IG88-B (50) (gunner for secondary)
Aggressor (36), Push the Limit (3), Fire-Control System (2), “Mangler” Cannon (4), Ion Cannon (3), IG-2000 (0), Autothrusters (2)

IG88-C (50) (boost = evade)
Aggressor (36), Push the Limit (3), Fire-Control System (2), “Mangler” Cannon (4), Ion Cannon (3), IG-2000 (0), Autothrusters (2)

Since they can get stress from rebel captive, stressbot, or the Flechette torpedoes I'm second guessing myself? Thoughts on if i should keep PTL and if not, what should I replace it with?

If you're taking Lone Wolf instead of PTL why do you need EI?

Yeah nevermind on Soontir, I felt like there may have been a decent action EPT for him to take, but there really isn't, expose is the only one that even kind of makes sense but wouldn't be worth it

I feel like if you don't want PTL, your options are just Lone Wolf, Predator, Outmaneuver or I was just wondering Opportunist would work on him.

Yeah I thought EI would have been easier to pull off on him with an EPT, but does not seem to be any worth it yet, opportunist could be a fun one to play around with though.

Soontir and PTL are made for each other. If you don't want a PTL interceptor, look at Carnor or Turr.
