First thing I noticed when I opened my box. They have never been good decks, but this was the first one that wasn't even playable.

There is no upper limit for agenda points in a deck, because you pretty much shoot yourself in the foot if you pack more agenda points than necessary.

There isn't an upper limit on agenda points, provided you also include the other cards necessary to carry that number. I do agree that this is most likely to result in one or both feet being shot.

 

If you have 45-49 cards in a Corp deck you are allowed between 20 and 21 agenda points in the deck. No more, no less.

Exactly this. It's explicitly covered by the deck construction rules, the number of Agenda points is fixed in two-point brackets. Otherwise, they'd simply have listed the minimum number of points, not the range.

I think there is a few anarch cards not used in the deck list.

Hivemind isn't in that list. Throw that in there and it should be good.

 

Take out a Glen station and then now both are legal.

 

However I think these "starter" decks are not supposed to be legal but balanced between the two much like how Jentiki Starter is placed against Kate Starter. There are supposed to be set up so that there should be close to a 50% win ratio between GDS and Vilencia starter decks much like there is supposed to be close to a 50% win ratio between Ian Sterling and Nesi Division starter decks.

The issue isn't really that it is "not good", it's that they made a suggested deck with 49 cards using an ID with a minimum 50 card build. Alongside with a Corp deck with too many Agenda points.

Hi there,

 

To change the pre-constructed decks— there should be two copies of Vigil in the Runner deck and the Corp deck should have Glenn Station x3 and High Risk Investment x2.
