Lukey84 112 Posted February 9, 2015 In a 2-player game where Jyn gets 2 activations from Legendary, can she use Quick Draw twice on the E-Web engineer when he activates to make an attack?
Hida77 951 Posted February 9, 2015 (edited) What makes you think she can? Getting +10 health and an extra activation token have nothing to do with her ability. So no, she cannot. EDIT: You can only trigger it once on the single figure (since each ability can only be triggered once/condition), but she CAN use it twice on two different figures since her card says you can use it twice if she has two activation tokens. Lukey84 112 Posted February 9, 2015 On her card it says that she can use Quck Draw once per round, or twice per round if she has two activation tokens. So that means that when the E-Web Engineer activates to attack she can use Quick Draw. Then if he uses another activation to attack she can Quick Draw again. But she cannot resolve both Quick Draws in response to a single action from the E-Web Engineer
player26506 26 Posted February 9, 2015 (edited) E-Web only activates once. with 2 actions in his activation he can use to attack twice. When you declare you activate E-Web, is when Jyn uses quick draw. No more. declaring an action is not the same as activation. Once Jyn uses Quick Draw, is when you declare your E-Web's actions. Fizz 986 Posted February 9, 2015 (edited) A figure gets two actions, but only one activation. Jyn cannot in any circumstances use Quick Draw twice on the same target figure as the target figure only activates once. Lukey84 112 Posted February 9, 2015 Thank you!!!! If I had notices this item then I might not have rage-quitted as the IP.
Fizz 986 Posted February 9, 2015 Booooo! No rage-quitting! You play everything out to the very end. At the very least, you learn more for next time.
Lukey84 112 Posted February 9, 2015 Well, I played it out to the end of the mission. But I don't think I'm cut out for the Imperial role, too many things to keep track of for now. Maybe I'll try it again another time.
F3ARMonger 0 Posted March 9, 2015 I have to agree with Luckey84 that is the most OP action out of the game I have played so far. Being able to activate do two turns of damage on a target, end activation near a target, then attacking again on the target's turn is a bit silly. Plus if she has the Cheap shot upgrade it just makes it stupid. How is that fair and balanced?
