mazz0 2,910 Posted February 1, 2015 Anyone got KotoR 2 to work on Windows 7? It'll load up for me, I can select a character, but it crashes when it tries to load the game itself. In fact, I just got a MIS Surface pro 2 and have been playing the series on that, too (albeit on Win8) I've ran both steam and disc versions without a problem. mazz0 2,910 Posted February 3, 2015 I had to turn off one of the graphics options, now it's working I'm playing with the Restored Content mod, and another mod to make it run in 1920*1080. 's pretty cool Had a few glitches though - characters unable to move after a fight, or slipping through the floor. Tipperary 2,370 Posted February 3, 2015 Had a few glitches though - characters unable to move after a fight This happens even in vanilla TSL on older OSes, but it's a decently easy fix, just quicksave and quickload and you should be able to move again. The primary culprit seems to be turning V-sync off, but V-sync sucks. Hobojebus 11,341 Posted February 4, 2015 It's a shame the second one was rushed out before the developers were finished, I still enjoyed it but the first is still the better one imho. That said, I hate a lot of the character design, with the big spikey hair and bright colours, very cartoony.
