CobaltWraith 229 Posted January 23, 2015 (edited) Hello all, this thread is for gathering together a list of any local gaming groups in one place to make them easier to find. I've once again made a change to formatting due to the growing number of suggested stores without gaming groups attached to them. I have started a new thread here for those stores and will dedicate this thread to its original intent, which is to promote active gaming groups, not stores. Those will still be listed on the new thread if they get posted but this one will stay clutter free with active social gaming groups only. If you are interested in starting a social group for your area, that list may be a useful reference for you. To help player find groups quickly, I've sorted by country, then state/province or at least area when given, then the name of the group. I've also indicated what type of page you'll be visiting when you click on the link in the parenthesis, so look for ( P ) for page, ( G ) for public group, ( C ) for closed group where members must ask to join, or ( S ) for website. Yes, I also think those indicators remind me of Tie Fighters. Appropriate don't you think? I'll keep adding to this list as I see new posts, and I've given links to the original post in the thread. If that post contains additional useful information, I'll add an asterisk (*) just after the post number. As a new feature, I've also started adding information for the FLGS most commonly used by the group when I can find that information. Happy gaming, and may the force be with you. This isn't on the Facebook page yet, but I'm actually working on a partnership with a local game shop to set up regular competitions, discounts on Armada products for supporters, and a few other perks that are still in the discussion phase.
