darkevans 31 Posted January 6, 2015 Trying to work on a list to keep Biggs alive as long as possible. Here's what I got. Tell me what you think.... Biggs Darklighter — X-Wing 25 R2-F2 3 Garven Dreis — X-Wing 26 R2-D6 1 Veteran Instincts 1 Blue Squadron Pilot — B-Wing 22 Jan Ors 2 B-Wing/E2 1 Airen Cracken — Z-95 Headhunter So Biggs does R2-F2 or can focus depending who pilots skills of enemies. Garven is up to pilot skill 8 to pass that focus earlier. Cracken gives Biggs another action (somewhere in there he gets an evade from Ors). Biggs has some survivabilty but can I do enough damage with this build is the question?? Help me out!
WWHSD 9,273 Posted January 6, 2015 I'm of the opinion that the best Biggs is a cheap Biggs. Use all of those points you are spending to on buffing Biggs to make you other ships worth spending the 25 points on Biggs to keep them alive. 1 StarWarsDad1138 reacted to this
Imwookie2 64 Posted January 6, 2015 I have been using the Jan Ors/Biggs combo in one of my list and I like it a lot. I prefer R2D2 on him instead of R2F2 though, I think in the long run the shield regeneration makes him more survivable.
StarWarsDad1138 107 Posted January 6, 2015 I agree that a cheap Biggs is best, keep him out of range 1, maybe fly with an ORS or WSF with a tactical jammer. They make for a fun large-base blocker (with a decent attack to boot).
IvlerIin 573 Posted January 6, 2015 Have yet to actually try it. But I've been thinking of running Biggs with R5D8 + Hull accompanied by Cracken + Decoy. The idea is once Biggs losses Hull to higher PS pilots once Cracken shoots Biggs can activate R5D8 to last longer vs the lower PS pilots.
