VirMortalis 91 Posted January 5, 2015 Question 1 Mission: Homecoming Special Setup: Increase Threat by twice the threat level and resolve an optional deployment. Heroes control Luke Skywalker (Hero of the Rebellion) as an ally at no extra threat cost. Since optional deployments happen after round 1 when you can put threat on the counter does this mean that every round thereafter the threat level is increased by twice the threat for the mission? We started with 2 threat due to being the 1st side mission so that meant 4 threat and we went on the assumption that 4 threat each turn because you can deploy up to 3 optional groups. Apply additional health to Luke Skywalker equal to twice the threat level Using the above assumption this would make Skywalker +8hp to his original starting hp give him 18. - Is this right or did we go wrong somewhere Question 2 Imperial Officer ability to move a friendly target within two spaces, does this happen only in the Officers turn or can it be done during the friendly target's turn and how many spaces are the units moving just the 1 or the units speed Just need them clarifying so far we are drawing heading towards Under Siege
Toqtamish 3,643 Posted January 5, 2015 1) it's durng setup. So if threat level is two. You make your threat total four. Resolve an optional deployment, paying threat cost and then play the mission. You don't get twice between rounds. You would get two per round. 2) special actions are during the unit that has them turn. They move their speed as usual. Toqtamish 3,643 Posted January 5, 2015 Also you start a mission with zero threat.
VirMortalis 91 Posted January 5, 2015 yea i did that 0 threat then added 4 for the round in which you gain the threat

VirMortalis 91 Posted January 5, 2015 kk still learning curve.... so all text before the "mission brief" is done there and then and after that revert to normal unless it says otherwise underneath the brief
VirMortalis 91 Posted January 5, 2015 So basically for the Imperial Officer commanding another unit with the ability, it is done in the Officers turn and the target figure move their usual speed correct
Toqtamish 3,643 Posted January 5, 2015 If it says Special setup you do all that during setup which is prior to the mission "starting".

Then proceed as normal, meaning threat will be increased by 2 for each subsequent round B) As for Luke he will only gain 2 times the Threat LEVEL, so for a Threat Level 2 mission that would give him +4 Health and not +8 See "Threat" on page 24 in the RRG for further documentation 1 VirMortalis reacted to this
