Tournament List

So I ran this list and got 5th out 16 in a tournament the other night.

 

Luke Skywalker: R2-D2+ Veteran Instincts+ Shield Upgrade (37)

 

Ten Numb: B-Wing/E2 + Mercenary Co-Pilot + Sensor Jammer + Marksmanship + Proton Torpedoes(45)

 

Prototype A-Wing Pilot: + Chardaan Refit + Stealth Device (18)

 

Basically my strategy was to have the Prototype Pilot break up the opponent's formation an d entice their force chase him. Luke soaked up a lot of damage and kept threats on his 6. Ten Numb was my damage dealer, able to dish out unblockable crits while pouncing on the enemies who took the bait of my other 2 pilots.

 

I tied a list of 4 Lamda shuttles because I was too passive and kyted them for too long (I was winning though).

Second, I came up against a Chewbacca Falcon and several Z-95's. I lost by points as I killed one Z-95 and lost the Prototype pilot.

Last two matches were against lists  centered around X-Wing (Janson and Wedge mostly), E-Wing (Etahn), B-Wing (a lesser-upgraded Ten)and I won total victories against both.

 

If I adjust it, I'll probably drop the Proton Torpedoes with Ten Numb. Although I like the synergy with his crits, I was taking my Marksmanship action too often to Target Lock and get off the torpedoes. I'm thinking maybe upgrading to a Green Squadron A-Wing would be better, or maybe adding a torpedo to Luke.

 

How would you change it? Any comments are welcome.

Yep, I think you have too many points in ten. Too many points in upgrades generally.

You don't need to double down on things that give crits. Marksmanship is fine on it's own on ten. Throw in advS so you can do red moves, etc. Also the SD is not needed on the proto. It's a cheap blocker. If you can do without the shield on luke as well you can get another proto. Giving you:

Proto, chardan

Proto, chardan

Luke, vi, r2-d2

Ten, marks, advS

Which is basically the same list with an extra ship.
