Attaching the AT-ST Gun

Recommended Posts

I shaved off copious amounts of plastic. Basically, I made it so the knobs on the inside didn't have flat edge on the bottom; I made them flush with the side. Then I rounded off the top two edges of the gun so it could just slide in. Here's a scematic of the knobs before and after.

Still having issues with new piece. But part not broken yet. I'll try the hot water later when I have calmed down. I would think spending 100 bucks on a new top of the line game, FFG would design stuff to be easy. But thats not the case.

Use a hair dryer. Quick and easy.

I'm not being facetious, make certain you're not inserting the gun upside-down.  I tested this, and it's very difficult to put the chin cannon in upside-down, but not impossible.  My model's cannon slid in quite easily when inserted with the correct orientation.
