Let me know what you think. 2x Sigma Squadron Pilot -Stygium Particle Accelerator - Recon Specialist Onyx Squadron Pilot -Cluster Missiles -Ion Cannon -Munitions Failsafe Why I have what I have: Tie Defender - I put the missiles and failsafe in so that the Tie can (with a little bit of luck) be able to take out one entire enemy - if not damage it so that it dies the next round. The Ion Cannon help "controls" where the enemy goes. The Tie Phantoms With the accelerator on it when I decloak to attack I get the free evade, then with Recon specialist I get two focus tokens (for attack and defense) . How I like to play it: Vs. a Swarm (over 4 ships) - I set the Defender in the left (or right) center of the play area - depending on where the other team goes) and then both Phantoms goes to the far side edge. The defender goes in for the attack and the Phantoms go in to flank. The enemy either swarms each group or splits their forces. Decloak, strike, cloak and use the defender to break up the enemy formation - and use its white K turn to strike the enemy in the rear without getting hit itself. Vs. a small group - Same basic setup idea vs a swarm, but put the defender on one side (farther to one side) and the phantoms on the other side. Force the enemy commit to one course of action and control the battlefield. Above all else, keep those phantoms cloaked as much as possible to double their evade dice.
