What do you do if your opponent plays Collecting Data before you get a Seal of Cessation out?

I wouldn't worry too much about Collecting Data. It's just another silver bullet that doesn't see alot of play unless you can predict what your opponents run. A least he can run Kung-Fu Training as a counter.

Well its a 6 difficulty, vs my 4x BRT and 4x Seals. Also will they be running that card main? Or will they be running it copies of 4? Probably not, but if they do, I guess its lights out for me lol.
