Don't have a lot of set 12 and All's power foundations but this is what I came up with. Theres Ranged attacks for when Sakura's shoryuken hits and scoop up Vaulting and fill your hand back up if it deals damage. Momenum Generation is Demuths and Double Cyclone Punch.  Any suggestions for the deck is welcome.
