MacrossVF1 4,341 Posted October 12, 2014 So I've gotten a commission to build and paint an asteroid base for use with X-wing. The inspiration comes from the following model: And here is what I've gotten done so far. I started by cutting down two blocks of purple/pink styrofoam to form the base of the asteroid. After that I started on the landing pad, which is designed to look a bit like the landing pads found on space stations in the Tie Fighter game.
