BrooklynMike 0 Posted June 3, 2009 I understand the notion of effects stacking, but I'd like to confirm the following: Oath Bound Servant (U129) lowers the cost to play Hastur by 1 If I have two copies of this card in play, does that lower the cost to play Hastur by 2?
