Red Castle 3,869 Posted October 1, 2014 I nominated him for the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge and he didn't do it... Seriously though, this guy sounds like a creep. People on the internet aren't always who they claim to be. Except me. I really am Darth Revan. Y'all believe me, right?? Yeah of course I do, by the way I'm an Ethiopian Prince and I need your help to unlock my wealth if you send me £10.000 I'll repay you later with £1.000.000. Oh bummer! I already sent it to this mother that lost her 3 sons due to lightning bolts (what are the odds, I know! poor girl...) and now need an operation so she can have a fourth one and luckily keep him into her closet so he won't die outside due to natural disaster... But get back to me next month if it's not too late...
Keffisch 2,642 Posted October 1, 2014 It's not just him. I see it everywhere, and just want to know why it's popping up. One could also ask, why do people from the US normally greet me by saying "How are you doing?" when they are not interested in hearing HOW I am doing? Just saying, could be a culture thing. 1 ecliptor reacted to this

Keffisch 2,642 Posted October 1, 2014 (edited) #3 is true. Regarding #2, we don't mind. Our language is bonkers and we know it. Edited October 1, 2014 by Keffisch

klecser 186 Posted October 1, 2014 (edited) He doesn't care. You don't know this. As a teacher, I'm well versed in how hard it is for people who have English as a second language to communicate. Maybe he's a troll, maybe he isn't, but if you can't give him the benefit of the doubt? It wouldn't kill some of you here to be nicer. Many of you are too busy with your inflated-chest LEET grand-standing to bother to empathize with him. You aren't exactly impressing or welcoming prospective players. I am new to this game and community but overall it seems very cynical and sarcastic... If you all have any intention of growing this game, you'll listen to this comment. Here's the thing. I don't care about him or his opinions. But I know who he is. And his actions with a previous Star Wars community. Luckily, FFG doesn't have a collectible model, so trading isn't exactly necessary, so most here won't be scammed by him. So while most don't deserve to be aggressively singled out, I really don't mind if Kaxel is. I wouldn't call him a benefit to any community. Star Wars Miniatures? Hit me with a username via PM so I can reminisce? ;P Edited October 1, 2014 by klecser
Forgottenlore 9,824 Posted October 2, 2014 He doesn't care. You don't know this. I am willing to accept him at his word when he says that he knows it is annoying and that he doesn't care. Do you have some reason to think he is claiming to be deliberately annoying to people while not realizing that he actually is? 1 KCDodger reacted to this

I'm intolerant to inefficient clerks, missing wares, or any talking in the isles that may stall my shopping flow. At checkout I will put my groceries on the conveyor with bacodes up, to increase the speed, but woe to you, if you fail to put down the divider after your own groceries. But ten feet from there, on the outside, I'm a pretty nice guy (they say, muahahahahahaha). Edited October 2, 2014 by Malmer

I don't care either.. I ignore most of his posts and don't fret about it.. Just glad he isn't around much anymore.. then this thread pops up again.. lol. ah well..
