JerusalemJones 1 Posted May 14, 2009 The only way to "pm" another member is to invite them as your friend. First off, the Invite itself is a PM, and then after that if they accept your offer you can go to your Friends page and PM that person. PMs under this board are more a Private feature, than a public one. You can not just public PM anyone at any time; you can only PM a Friend. Hope this helps. JerusalemJones 1 Posted May 20, 2009 Might be one of a few problems. Top two that I can think of would be that either he hasn't accepted your invite yet, or his email server might be done. Or FFGs.
