Multiplayer rules

The rules for 3 or more players posted on the FFG site are a bit outdated, referring to the CoC CCG. There are a few concepts (Intercepting and Blocking) that are not introduced in the CoCLCG. Is there a more up to date version, or maybe a thread here that explains how to translate?

The rules for the CCG and LCG are the same, except for number of cards x4 or x3. The rules you mention can be applied to CoC LCG no problem.

"Intercepting" and "blocking" just means that you commit characters to stories on defense, like you can do in a 2 player game. In a 3 player game, only one player may do so. This is because the players that lose struggles pick the character to get wounded/go insane. If 2 players would lose simultanious, it would be confusing to decide who takes the fall.

Thanks, I thought that might be it. Let me confirm.

Three players, A, B, and C

Player A commits a character to story 1 and a character to story 2.

Player B gets the change to counter-commit. If they commit a character to either story 1 or story 2 then we move on to struggle and resolution.

If Player B passes, then Player C may counter commit.
