FFG program to organize torunaments

Hello,

I dont feel very confrotable with how the FFG software works. It classify players depending on the score and then it uses a tie breaking rules taking into account opponents scoring, but after that, the tie is decid by last name alphabetical order, you can check it in out last 116 persons regional tournament that took place in Madrid:

Is not fair to have a different chances depending on your name so I hope FFG could fix this as soon as possible, before all people tendo to change their names to "aaaaa" or "_111A" ...
