Etaywah 64 Posted May 19, 2014 Hey there, I'm an avid aGoT LCG player (I own around 40% of the cards) and am thinking of picking up the Game of Thrones Board game because now that I compete in the tourney's my girlfriend winds up hating me every time we play aGoT =). Anyhow, when I get into a game I like to dive right in and get everything. If I pick up the aGoT Board Game Second Edition then what expansions should I get or do they come included in the second edition? Which expansions should I get into first to have the best possible learning experience? I appreciate an help you guys have to offer. kauai1964 41 Posted May 19, 2014 Second Edition basically incorporates First Edition and the Clash of Kings Expansion (both out of print). There are two Expansions for Second Edition: Feast for Crows and Dance With Dragons. They are not necessary to play or enjoy the game, as they are basically Variants - different Setups and House Cards, plus other tweaks. I'd recommend just playing the vanilla Second Edition at first -- you could easily play it 20+ times before you get the itch to play an Expansion...
