Secondary weapons and opportunist?

Does Opportunist still give an extra attack die to Secondary weapons? As it just states "When attacking" It does not state Primary weapon.

It should be for a 4 point EPT. i think PTL is still more effective for 1 point less, but there is something to be said for a 5 dice HLC shot.
