Since all we know about DS-181-4 is that he always flew in the "reserve" position... and that he limped away from a fight, here he is: PS 3 Don't place DS-181-4 during "Place Forces". At the beginning of any activation phase after the first, you may place DS-181-4 touching the outer edge of the play area. I did a little research to make a named pilot that fit with the 181st fluff... and to try out some "delayed deployment" mechanics. I should get on a fancy card builder and make it on there...
