    When I discovered X-wing, I was lurking the BGG forum before I came here and found that there was much more going on at FFG.   But for almost any single (board) game out there, BGG will remain a safe place to gather.

    The only problem with the boardgamegeek site is that there is a separate page and forum for every single version and expansion.  I'd expect the main discussion to be at https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/252328/star-wars-x-wing-second-edition

    The X-wing traffic there is low, but this need not stay like this.  It's a proper forum, not just a timeline quickly disappearing into the void.

    Just a reminder about the BGG forum sections:

    This should essentially cover the subsections of this forum, right?   There are image and file sections, which already have some content and could carray more (custom cards, repaint images, etc.).  Just in case ...

    Repaints??

    I thing the two best bets are the XwingTMG subreddit, and the GSP discord.

    I think there is a way that you can download a website. 
     

    Edit: I found one way. If anyone wants to look into the program “HTTrack” or something similar...

    What makes you day that?

    Edit: That sounds super cynical, and I didnt mean it that way- just curious if there is any new info besides the leaks about sky-strike/phoenix squadron.

    Any thoughts on DIS-347? I flew him the other day with dual HMP's (and a mix of some others), and his ability worked really well with the networked aim. I found that I could make sure that the Tri-fighter always had one mod (usually two), and I could lock the ship that I wanted to have more re-rolls on with the HMP's.

    Ive been refraining from posting here, because, as Obi Wan said “Im not brave enough for politics”. But now is as good a time as any  to share my thoughts.

    As another opinion on the subject, I think its great that we all want the best for this game, even if we dont agree on what that is. Just keep in mind that were all here because we love this game. Keep the discussion civil. 

    Overall, I think that communication is key here and because we dont have much of it (from both FFG and AMG), we have to make assumptions. Ride out the storm, as there is bound to be another announcement soon. Hopefully that will answer some questions. Remember:

    Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, and hate leads to the darkside (and great force regen on Maul...)
