  1. If your opponent has strategic, Corvus Raider as Flagship or a good Raddus list, it can turn against you.
  2. The Interdictor is not trash, but you have to follow a plan that he can support. That counts also for the raider ... That was my (successfull) attemp with an Interdictor and also with Konstantine. Just stay close to your BTA to support him with your scramblers (they work also against bombers ...) and lock down enemys with your projector (and Konstantine ofc). You can also lock down an SSD with this two cards because they have no size restriction like the tractor beams. The Demo can go for a hunt or you can exchange them against a Raider + some Squadrons. The opponent has to spam nav commands all the time ... Konstatines Hunter (0/391/400) =============================== Interdictor Suppression Refit (90 + 50: 140) + Admiral Konstantine (23) + Disposable Capacitors (3) + Targeting Scrambler (5) + G-8 Experimental Projector (8) + Engine Techs (8) + Interdictor (3) Imperial I-class Star Destroyer (110 + 25: 135) + Strategic Adviser (4) + Boarding Troopers (3) + Leading Shots (4) + Spinal Armament (9) + Avenger (5) Gladiator II-class Star Destroyer (62 + 27: 89) + Ordnance Experts (4) + Engine Techs (8) + Assault Proton Torpedoes (5) + Demolisher (10) Gozanti-class Cruisers (23 + 4: 27) + Admiral Titus (2) + Comms Net (2) Most Wanted Hyperspace Migration Contested Outpost
  3. The articles in this blog are updated regularly. The other articles are also worth to read.
  4. Ah, I get it. So they have to produce a custom plastic base or modify the cardboard (2 Layer, 1 that fits and 1 as bridge).
  5. This should help: http://cannotgetyourshipout.blogspot.com/2017/04/the-attack-sequence-and-you.html?m=1
  6. There can be a gap between the bases, the cardboard is the bridge just like the SSD bridge base.
  7. Just give him two plastic bases next to each other to fit that round design and make it another huge ship. Perhaps with 2 front arcs
  8. For Rebel Anti-SSD geht Slicer Tools, XI7, Mon Carren, APT. Here is my try. Get in Position to drop that MC75, Engine techs will help to find the right spot beside the front arc in Round 2 or 3. Slicing his repair commands will help, too. Raddus Anti-SSD (0/384/400) ============================ MC80 Star Cruiser (96 + 41: 137) + Strategic Adviser (4) + Caitken and Shollan (6) + Engine Techs (8) + Spinal Armament (9) + XI7 Turbolasers (6) + Mon Karren (8) MC75 Ordnance Cruiser (100 + 26: 126) + Lando Calrissian (4) + Ordnance Experts (4) + Electronic Countermeasures (7) + External Racks (3) + Assault Proton Torpedoes (5) + Aspiration (3) CR90 Corvette B (39 + 34: 73) + Admiral Raddus (26) + Engine Techs (8) GR-75 Medium Transports (18 + 8: 26) + Slicer Tools (7) + Quantum Storm (1) GR-75 Medium Transports (18 + 4: 22) + Comms Net (2) + Bright Hope (2) Surprise Attack Contested Outpost Solar Corona That MC80 will burst in the front arc. If the SSD has JJ as Admiral you can't block him. SSD has not enough points for a all the good squadrons so don't bother if there are a handful of them around.
  9. Go for ATP and Lando on the MC75. SSD and ISD don't like open damage cards. I have won games because of the right card (imagine an ISD at Speed 1 that has to slow down...). Lando is great to survive in front of an ISD for example vs. a BTA list. Also think about Jaina's Light on Raddus so you can fly it more defensively. As Raddus you want to be first player mostly, so you can increase your bid. Your Hammerhead can strike first ... and against other Raddus lists you have the choice to be 2nd to counter the drop. To increase the bid just drop a CR90, get another Flotilla and go for Engine Techs on the other CR90s (that will increase your drop range, I always drop on Round 2!). Also think about your objectives. If you go for 2nd, make it a hard time for your opponent and try to control the battlefield. Suggestions: Most Wanted, Solar Corona, Contested Outpost. 90% of the times your opponent will go for the outpost.
  10. I would suggest you put External Racks on the Raider to be flexible if you are going against a fleet without Squadrons. You can throw them on squads anyway.
  11. Not tried, but this could be the Rebel list for the battle of Scarif: Rebels Scarif (82/389/400) =================== MC75 Ordnance Cruiser (100 + 33: 133) + Admiral Raddus (26) + Profundity (7) Nebulon-B Escort Frigate (57) CR90 Corvette B (39 + 6: 45) + Leia Organa (3) + Tantive IV (3) Hammerhead Torpedo Corvette (36) GR-75 Medium Transports (18) GR-75 Medium Transports (18) Hera Syndulla (28) Dutch Vander (16) 2 x X-wing Squadron (2 x 13) Gold Squadron (12) And here the Imperial Side. There are just not enough points in a 400 Pointer game. There should be way more Ties. Imperial Scarif (23/399/400) ============================ Imperial I-class Star Destroyer (110 + 46: 156) + Darth Vader (36) + Devastator (10) Imperial I-class Star Destroyer (110) Imperial I-class Star Destroyer (110) Lambda-class Shuttle (15) Tie Fighter Squadron (8)
  12. So for me it's absolut thematical that IG88B shots in every direction with the cost of being obstructed and ignoring "Escort". He is not in a close dogfight with the escort fighter that prevents him from attacking, he is just shooting around. The "anti-squadron attack" wording seems to fit in well. Ships attack with an "anti-squadron attack"every target in fire range and arc. IG88B attacks with an "anti-squadron attack" every enemy squadron at distance 1.
  13. For me it's a good alternative to Solar Corona for some of my lists. Why? Mostly I will force the opponent to a place on the board where I want him to be. Contested Outpost and Hyperspace Migration are two similar missions to achieve this. The new missions fit in very well to several tactics and Hyperspace Migration is such a mission, where you put some pressure on the opponent (more than Solar Corona or Superior Positions does). I always struggle a bit in choosing my blue mission, now I have more options.
  14. You can play Raddus to have some fun 😎 (my postings in this thread are now visible, it took some time)
  15. Perhaps the important information is the word "anti-squadron attack", which is what ships do. Ships ignore Escort. "anti-squadron" is only mentioned in the rules when ships are attacking squads.
  16. Thats why ha makes the proposal with "a ship which is not huge". You can even handle it like Profundity with "a ship that command level ist not higher than 2".
  17. It's a search & destroy list, you gotta go first or have a huge disadvantage. I had a Raddus list with 376 bid and always want to have the choice. One more Gozanti oder 2 squads won't change the game for me. Going for 2nd player would.
  18. Haha I enjoyed our fight, too. Your nasty Demo changed the game. I don't know if the empire with their big ships really needs a surprise strategy. But as an Interdictor buff that sounds really interesting. That ship is totally out of the current meta. I didn't saw one on the german nationals.
