  1. This Saturday I am going to try and go to a local tourney, and I was wondering which of these two lists I should run, and any ideas for either of them. Both or focused on lots of small ships, with a MC80 Liberty hanging out with them to finish of whatever the lil guys can't get(never been super into Liberty's, but my partner in a team tourney ran his really well, and I want to give it a try). Not worried about being first player, as with both lists I'll be getting 6 or 7 activations. Turbolaser Reroute Circuits on CR90As are sooo good, and holding back with them generally is not using the best part about them, the part where they are able to fly in, shoot, and then fly around and shoot again, and again, and again. Speed 4 CR90s that are throwing 2-5 dice that will always score at least 2 hits is a big pain, especially when they can drain your sheilds on one side of you ship just to fly out of range or move to another side.
  3. Thanks, updated the list a bit, let me know what you think. I am planning on keeping all of the ties within range 1-2 of Pursuant and Dengar, so that only flak shots with 2 or more dice have a chance of hitting them, and I am not to worried about other squads, as they can shoot a tie fighter a turn, while all of them have Counter, Swarm, multiple Ties able to fight squadrons AND when they are near Dengar, enemy fighters are Heavy, so we can just ignore them and focus on ships. Grint will have a Squadron Token on him, so I will always be activating 6 squads with a squad command. The Star Destroyer can shoot or push squads, depending on what is needed, and the Raider can do it's thing.   4. I made this list to be sort of fighter heavy, with all the ties+Dengar&Rhymer hanging out with the ISD and Quasar, while Jonus and the Raider go do their own thing.   6. How did the Nebs go, in the tourney I played in, the second on of their sides was exposed, they were immediately shot down. I feel like having that many, all it would take is one ship on your flank to just pop one a turn.

  9. I'd drop the MDF for some more ties. If you want to use ties, you gotta use a lot of them or none of them.
  10. Sadly(or luckily) I wasn't able to make it(and accidentally cheat) as MN weather is just crazy, and we got bogged down in traffic.
  11. Fixed again, I am gonna keep 6 points for my bid, but I feel this list is pretty good first or second player. Being able to go first means a ship gets to shoot and run before being shot, but second means that I get my fun lil missions.   13. and real quick, from what I've seen around here, people do not save many points for their bid, so 5 is pretty good. Depending on their list, first could be good(the double trouble ISD lists could really hurt, so being able to hit first and run away will be nice), but also second and these objectives are also really good(Blockade run and Salvage run were made for this fleet, Cap the VIP could be a bit tricky, but all it takes is 1 corvette to just grab it and run).
  14. So the regionals are tomorrow, and I am pretty excited. I just wanted to see what people think of this fleet. The plan is to have a bunch of cheap, fast ships to just sort of zoom up, shoot some ships, and zoom away. The dream would be to just have to many shots wearing down their shields and defense tokens to handle, and to focus down on the objectives or 1 or 2 ships. The nebs will be the main firing support, the Hammerheads are going to drive up and hopefully land some hits before breaking. Squads won't be much of an issue as I have none and every single ship can shoot their anti fighter shots, so again, numbers will weigh them down. Let me know what you think of the list, and any changes you'd make. I've flied a list like this(1 Decked out MC30 and some A-Wings instead of the 2 Nebs), and done pretty good.
