  1. That's what Force Ghosts are good for — locating hidden Jedi Masters and lost plastic space ships. I left a message with Evan this morning, glad he was able to get in touch with you so quickly. Hopefully Squall makes it home soon!
  2. Nope, that's a typo. I'll fix it... and fixed! It was Expanded Hangar Bay.
  3. And now it's time to announce our winners and see some fleet lists... FIRST PLACE Fielding a deceptively fragile-looking 4-ship Sloane aces build with some uncommon upgrade choices (Admiral Titus, Director Isard + Slicer Tools), Justin C. — that's Mr. Brikhause to you, sir! — took home top honors with a score of 27 and MoV of 740. Justin's performance was very consistent for the day against a variety of fleet types, which aptly demonstrated not only his list's strengths but also his lethal skill as a squadron player. He went 3-0 with the following scores: Round 1 = 9-2 (374-145 / MoV 229) vs a Dodonna MC75 bomber fleet with Wedge, Norra, Dutch, Biggs, Jan and Gold Squadron. Round 2 = 9-2 (423-155 / MoV 268) vs a Sloane aces ISD-II Avenger + Quasar Fire list with similar squadrons to his own. Round 3 = 9-2 (400-157 / MoV 243) vs a squadronless Motti ISD Cymoon, VSD-II, Demolisher build. Congratulations on your win Justin, it is well deserved.
  4. I kept the attendance cap on the conservative side (24 players) as we hadn't run an Armada Regional at Red Castle Games before and I didn't want people to feel packed. I'm hoping FFG grants us a regional again next year. If so, we may expand to 28-30 players as we had a little extra room.
  5. More pics inbound! Here are a pair of pics from 1 of my favorite objectives in the game — Blockade Run.
  6. Help me FFG Forum, you're my only hope! Justin C. (aka @Brikhause) lost his Quasar Fire at the Red Castle Games regional in Portland this weekend. We believe it got mixed up with another player's kit and they accidentally took it home. If the players at Saturday's regional in Portland could check their gear for an extra Quasar Fire that would be great. Justin played Evan P. the final round at table 2 (1 of the large terrain tables). If anyone knows how to reach Evan, please ask him to look in his Armada collection. Justin's Quasar Fire has distinctive blue acrylic shield dials. See below for what they look like: Thanks everyone!
  7. The Triple Cymoon JJ player is a she, not a he 😊 That's @Admiral Theia who is quite an amazing player.
  8. I've been inputting lists and uploading pics today. I'll be in the store tomorrow morning and should have some info posted by early afternoon. I'm probably going to post fleets in blocks of 4 at a time, and then allow players to give some commentary on their lists if they want.
  9. Whew, it's been a long day! I've got all the fleet lists to post up tomorrow and the final results, along with more pics.
  10. Round 2 was a bloodbath. We had x5 10-1 and x2 9-2s out of 12 matches. However, the overall scores remain close. First place has 18 points (MoV 497), followed closely by 2nd with 17 points (MoV 504). Fifth through 15th place are only separated by 4 points (15-11). Current 1st place fleet is the Rhymer / Admiral Sloane list with a Quasar, Demolisher, x2 Gozantis, 4 TIEs, Dengar, Steele, Jendon and Mauler. It has a 17-point bid. The 2nd place fleet is a no-squadron Vader Avenger ISD-II, VSD-II, Demolisher and Gozanti fleet. It has no bid. Round 3 is going to be interesting...
  11. We had another 10-1 roll in this round. A squadronless Vader list (ISD-II, VSD-II, Demolisher) tabled a Dodonna Yavaris bomber build (Keyan, Luke, Wedge, 3 B-Wings).
  12. My pleasure. It looks like imgur is putting my uploads on hold for the moment so there my be a break in the action. I have a few other results I can share (without pics): Leia was tabled by General Dodonna with an MoV of 400 (400-0). Rieekan vs Vader ended in defeat for the Dark Lord, 520-236.
  13. Thanks! I hope you guys are enjoying the pics so far. Our Blockade Run game is already over. The score was 6-5 with an MoV of 0. JJ Triple Cymoon wins as second player.
  14. Leia and Dodonna are battling for control of the Rebel Alliance. Thrawn's Interdictor grav-shifts a pair of Dust Clouds vs Motti's ISD, VSD, GSD build.
  15. Jerjerrod Triple Cymoons vs Jerjerrod Arquitens in a Blockade Run! Cymoon JJ is second player.
  16. After refueling with pizza and caf, everyone is gearing up for round 2!
  17. Round 1 is in the Jedi Archives. Besides our 4 byes at 8 points, we had the following scores: x3 9-2 (MoVs of 242, 237 and 229 respectively). x2 8-3 x3 7-4 x2 6-5 Those last 2 games were very close. First there was our Canon Thrawn vs Legacy Thrawn battle separated by only 38 points, and the second we had Cracken edging out Rieekan with a score of 106-102! Our top fleet so far is a squadronless Jerjerrod list with a pair of Slaved Turrets Arquitens, Demolsiher, ISD Kuat and a Gozanti. Following closely behind JJ is a Sloane fleet with an Avenger ISD-II, Quasar Fire and Gozanti with a mess of fighters led by Steele and Dengar. Rounding out the top 3 is another Sloane list. This one also has a Quasar Fire, as well as Demolisher, 2 Gozantis and 4 TIE fighters paired up with Major Rhymer, Steele and Jendon.
  18. Leia Bombers vs Thrawn Bombers. Another double VSD fleet! It's Thrawn on Thrawn action. Cracken still hanging in there vs Rieekan, but the damage is piling up.
  19. Motti's flagship lines up a huge shot on Jerjerrod's VSD. "Chopper" the Hammerhead silences a Transport.
  20. Thanks! I don't have time at the moment to put up all the deck lists or give in-depth commentary on the games, but hopefully the pics will suffice. Speaking of... there are 45 minutes left in round 1 and players are deep in thought. We've had 1 game wrap up already (8-3 with an MOV of 195). It was Moff Jerjerrod's triple Cymoons vs Rieekan's aces. JJ came out on top — for the Emperor!
