    Great idea!
    I offer this thread. One of the reasons that made me buy a 3D printer!
    Everything in there is great. I especially love the dioramas BulldogUK puts up with his splendidly modelled and beuatifully painted model.

    Hi everyone. The latest version is now available via the links in the original post. A few comments on new changes and how they are handled by the calculator:
    Lethal - I haven't included lethal in the calculator. Mechanically lethal is either pierce or an aim token. Working out which is the better option isn't something I am going to program. You can use the existing functionality to work out the averages of each option in any given case. Marksman - Like lethal marksman allows an attacker with an aim token a choice of how to spend it. Working out the best case based on the individual roll isn't something I am going to program. Instead if you set marksman to 1 and aims to 1 the calculator will always use the aim for marksman. If you set marksman to 2 and aims to 1, one token will be used for marksman. If you set aims to 2 and marksman to 1 one aim will be used to reroll and then one aim will be used to marksman. Marksman upgrades misses to hits before it tries to upgrade hits to crits. I know this isn't ideal in some cases. Outmaneuver - Should work fine. Observation tokens - Works fine. Used after aim tokens. Won't crit fish. (Aims currently don't crit fish against armour either). Force Barrier - Armour, cover, etc is applied first then any remaining hits are reduced, if there are no hits to reduce then crits are reduced instead. I liked @Khobai's idea of the variable damage reduction but I just didn't have time to implement that in the few hours I managed to find to do this. A reset button, just for @Vector Strike Did some basic testing but double check for yourself and let me know if there are any problems.

    So the site pooped its pants recently, as you saw. I patched it up so it will survive now, but these are just band-aids on a site I wrote 5 years ago as my first real project and have been constantly revamping to meet my standards.
    I'm going to rebuild the site from the ground up (minus most of the database work, since that would be silly to redo, though I will be optimizing a few things). I already started a few weeks ago, but wasn't intending to tell anybody since it's a long ways off, but I realized it would be dumb to not get your input.
    So I just would like to know from you all a few things. Answer any of them that you choose:
    `1. What do you like about TTA that may not be present in the other options, that you want me to make sure I don't change?
    2. What do you wish TTA had, whether it's just a pipe dream you thought up yourself, or something you saw in another builder for Legion or another game altogether?
    3. What do other list builders do that you DON'T like? What concerns you about a "revamp"? "I hope he doesn't do x that other sites do."
    I think that's it. My intention is to recreate the TTA experience "but better". Faster, sleeker (but not overly modernized to the point of flashy impractical nonsense), and importantly, easier to work with and add to for me in the future.
    Old TTA will not go away until 99% of people are satisfied with the new one. There will be options implemented as I go to address any complaints or "I like the old way better" things, so you can just switch to some kind of "classic" theme or something. More on that as I get into it, but all that to say...don't worry, nothing fundamental is changing. There may be options added (and they may be the default) for what I view to be a better experience, but the last thing I want to do is drive away the people who have been with me for 5ish years.
     
    And while we're here, just want to say thanks to everyone for being so supportive, both with your words and financially, through the recent hiccup. I appreciate this community and how supportive and personal we can all be.

    This is fixed in the print view now (not text yet). Can you check my sanity here: This was fixed before, right? I think I might be losing my mind. I have NO clue how it could have gotten back. I pulled the exact same script from the old site. Oh boy.
    Let me know. Hopefully it's just been broken this whole time and nobody mentioned it.
    I'll fix the text view in the morning. Another late night.

    Well it was more like 6 hours and less like 4, but the site is up. There may be problems, missing assets, etc., so either just let me know or I'll look in the morning myself because boy am I tired.

    So it's been a bit since I posted an update...
    Been working on some shipyard related terrain. Thinking having my lava mining complex, with one end of the table being the Imperial base, and the other end a freight yard/shipyard for transporting the mined resources.
    These parts are from Imperial Terrain's Shipyard Crane and Conchin District sets. Shoretroopers added for scale.

    I need to clean up the ladders a bit, but look at how tall this monster is:

     
    So these are the colors a settled on. Yellow glossy for the a-frames and other support structures, gray for the ladders, and eventually barricades/barriers along the walkways, and a rust brown for the platforms.

    I have not posted this on the forums yet.  I have designed Sorgan Village terrain from Mandalorian S1Ep4.  
    If you include the unpainted buildings I think I have enough buildings now but I need to double the number of pools and more than double the scatter terrain.  Hoping to have this all done well before the next time we have a store event...
