  1. I've never really had a problem with the server beyond idiot users, but everyplace on the internet has those.
  2. "When gone am I, the last of the Jedi will you be. Pass on what you have learned." The New Jedi Order is a persistent meta-campaign using Fantasy Flight Game’s Star Wars RPG. Come train in the ways of the Force at Luke Skywalker's Jedi Praxeum, 23 years after the Battle of Yavin, as the fledgling NJO struggles to both rebuild its ranks and keep a fragile galactic peace. As Obi-Wan Kenobi told Luke, you will be 'the first of the new' Jedi. The NJO is a metacampaign driven by invested, character development-based roleplay - we are specifically looking for players who desire to play deep, complex characters who go through genuine personal growth during their time training to become a Jedi Knight. Our galaxy's story is driven by your characters. Players are responsible for generating mission plans, depending on their personal interests or those of the Jedi Order. You'll be able to influence the course of galactic history, as long as you get out there and make a difference! Membership within the NJO is by admission and successful completion of trial period only - the readme for prospective players and the application form will be linked below. Good luck, and may the Force be with you! Read Me First! New Jedi Order Application Star Wars RPG Discord Contacts - @StewartTurkeylink#4200, @Kee#3883, @Samurei#1125, @Chimaera#2156 (Please note that the above server invite is for the SWRPG server overall, not the NJO specifically - you'll be able to see the NJO areas of the server upon acceptance to the game after successful application.) May the Force be with you!
  3. I actually disagree very much with this. I think the huge table of all the possible uses bogs players down with options. They end up spending to much time looking for the optimal uses of their triumphs and advantages. Rather I tell my players NOT to look at those table when we play and instead tell me what cool things happen due to Triumph/Advantages then I give those things mechanical weight so they matter. I find this makes things faster and gets players more involved in the moment itself. It is specifically great for opening new players eyes to the possibilities of the system.
