  1. I have found in my triple Muni fleet that its best to make sure that you can utilize its side arcs. Sure that front arc looks nice, but I honestly think that side arc is where its at. But as others have stated, it can fly as if droids were pre-programming its directions and as long as you do some repairs from time to time it will stay up. Once the republic starts blasting at it at close range you need to be careful.
  2. The battle droids of CIS Fleet L-27 lost 400-12 in favor of Darkwrath's Republic fleet. The battle came had some close calls and decent maneuvers on both sides, but the droids on the flak guns were utterly incompetent.
  3. That was a good match and you played very well. Congrats and hope you have other good games! Thanks for the game, you showed me a few new tricks and I appreciate that.
  4. I prefer TTS... Because I own it an plan on picking up VR soon. Vassal has a slightly higher learning curve but is better for screen shots and such.
  5. I have submitted my fleet, and have begun activating battle droids! All ships, standing by.
  6. I think a good method for Squadrons going forward would be two Squadrons of fighters, and two freighters or single unit Squadrons. This could extend out how many packs you can sell, decrease the number of excessive Squadrons players will never use, and allow more variety. I think U-Wings are a given for the rebels, maybe the Star Fortresses?

Thankfully for all of us, there is actual evidence of when someone is gas-lighting. As someone who has worked marketing and psychological operations for the US Army, I know a lost cause when I see one, and have decided to perform a great method of removing the frustration. I would recommend @Cpt ObVus and @The Jabbawookie do the same in sending this person to your ignore list. Being obstinate despite the fact that almost everyone has disagreed with you since the start of this thread does little for anyone's opinion of you.
  8. Damage Decks available in a booster pack. Or something.

Ah yes, immorality. The first threat is someone's morality isn't it. Because if the outcome is for themselves over the people it's moral from their point of view. There is not a company or nation on this planet that doesn't look at the people and see numbers. Particularly in the United States; Whats their social security number, how much did they produce, how much revenue did they generate, how much did they cost, what is the expected cost if we burn that person, how quickly can we replace them... As for tax deductions, are they legal? Sure. Should those with more wealth be paying more in taxes to seven other nations than the nation they are the leader of? Probably not, we would traditionally call that a "conflict of interest", but regardless if whether you think its reasonable or not to pay that much in taxes after donating money to your own charity that goes toward paying your legal fees... the question rises how many people who follow trump are not going to pay their taxes next year or find ways to avoid paying taxes? After all, if the president doesn't pay taxes, why should I? Also, if the US saw what was happening in the US, the US would sanction the **** out of the US. If not threaten military intervention.

Pyramid schemes have been around for a long time. People just got better at branding it as something new. Its just that the modern kings are not also the ones in charge of the country... well... sort of.
  11. Yes, thats why I recommend starting with RBDs. The others are bonuses that are nice/what you want to be aiming for.
  12. Ling's 200pt Anti-Starhawk Scenario comes into play! I played out a few dozen games against the Armada AI and found this to be a good set up: Arquitens Command Cruiser (59) • Tactical Expert (6) • Reinforced Blast Doors (5) • Dual Turbolaser Turrets (5) = 75 Points Arquitens Command Cruiser (59) • Wing Commander (6) • Reinforced Blast Doors (5) • Dual Turbolaser Turrets (5) = 75 Points Squadrons: • Mandalorian Gauntlet Fighter (20) • TIE Advanced Squadron (12) • 2 x TIE Bomber Squadron (18) = 50 Points Total Points: 200 You start with Reinforced Blast Doors, because they are a force multiplier for survivability (granted you are not one shot), and try to maintain yourself at long range while circling the Starhawk. Meanwhile, you use the Mandalorian to fly in and land raid tokens on it to shut down its ability to do commands, while having the TIE advanced escort the Bombers to the front of the Starhawk, once they are in front, you just park them there and move them back to the front when overlapped by the beast. Even if you can't double arc with both the front and sides of the Arquitens, you are getting at least 6 shots off on it across 2 ships. How it works in practice? Okay, you won't win every engagement but you are going to make them hurt. How well it does in reality vs a human player... I don't know yet. Covid.
  13. Only thing slower than both FFG marketing or the Nevada Vote Count, is trying to get leave paperwork signed in the US Army.
  14. I'm in the process of remaking the deck to get printed for our local store. I can put the files up, but they will be the standard card size (2.5x3.5in)
  15. https://www.shapeways.com/shops/mel_miniatures?section=Complements&s=0 You have squadron bases of every type! I've personally been thinking of doing 5 base ones for squadrons.
  16. I love using Tarkin, but he is only really worth the cost if you have more ships, which is harder if you have Tarkin. I think 10pts off will do well for him personally. Only other card I really want lower in price, Enhanced Armament. Its so useful, but for 10pts its hard to justify. 8 or 7 pts, far easier.
