We have different understandings of the meaning of "offline" mode then. For me setting an app to offline doesn't require rendering the device it is on incapable of connecting to a network, it just stops the app from using the network. Wouldn't function very differently for you, but for me I'd like to be able to access the app without it eating data and still have my phone on incase I get a call or text.

To put it politly yes. 2 of the issues I have with it could be from that. It not applying upgrades that adjust slots or the action bar is a pain. Not being able to link the card images is a minor annoyance.

Aside from Rebels this looks like they tossed out most everything that was being hard leaned into by list builders. There is still a diverse mix of named and generic pilots across all factions. Just need to look at what is there before jumping into building for the format. Less 'I want to fly list [X] in Hyperspace' and more 'I want to fly a Hyperspace list, what options does it permit?'
