Thanks! I had thought so, but it came up in a recent game, so I wanted to be sure.

Not as a dial, because you aren’t revealing it.
But yes, if you turn it into a matching command token.

    In order:
    It's not a converted exploration ship/building.
It's not cobbled together from other stuff.
    It's not 20 years old.

Being able to chase down smaller craft (like a certain CR90) is important because the entire point is to have a versatile, extensively used terror weapon suitable for suppressing insurrections.  Being outrun by the Toyota Camry of the Star Wars universe is bad optics. 🙂

No hope of getting my stuff before January. Main delivery to Scandinavia delayed. If it happens at all. Well played FFG/Asmodee.

2 of the RitR special objectives refer to them, but that's something to deal with before models hit the table.
I honestly don't see it becoming an issue, but if it is then it's just something one will have plenty of advance notice to deal with.
Especially on these boards, where we get a crumb and fill 8 pages with rants about formatting speculation.

ISDs in RitR is either a sign of poor campaign organization and/or poor manners.

I think that indicates either a statistical anomaly, the opponent or the list not being quality, or a skill disparity.
If you want to watch ISDs die, look for tournaments in the area (not right now, of course.)  Or watch Vassal tournaments, or sign up.
They've been out since wave 2, they're very competitive but far from invincible.  No world champion has fielded one.  In the most recent (but admittedly outdated) Primes data, only the ISD-2 was overrepresented, and this was when 2-ship was cleaning up.

That said, I agree they're a problem in RitR and wouldn't hate a crippling system for them.

Not even necessary. As mentioned: the minis are already correct. It's just the cards that look weird XD

One of the best pilots in the Jedi Order might disagree with you there.

But I agree with your overall point, the Delta-7B was much more common and would have been a better choice.
    Hobby knife time?

So... why why WHY didn't they just go with the Delta-7B for the squadron card?
Why am I frustrated with this? Because the squadron mini IS the 7B. Look at where the astromech is:

Aside from Obi-wan, there's literally no history of the plain old Delta-7 being used in the Clone Wars. Every one of the Jedi Aces in the GAR Squad Pack is shown at one point or another piloting the 7B in the series too. I know it's just a small thing, but it irks me all the same.
Seriously FFG, just switch the pic and add ONE letter!

I believe the benefits of a centralised military are many. We may want peace, but it’s better to have a big stick if you need one, than want one and not have it.

This right here is what it boils down to.  You have the Delta-7, you have the cardboard.  The one real risk is including clone wingmen.
The only full Delta-7 squad I plan to field is Ashoka, because it’s a good way to get Obi-Wan and Anakin’s fighters thrown into the mix.
