     Basically, the concensus seems to be that FFG included an extra Cralwdite for some technical reason (the figure series produces in pairs and/or the planned contents changed and they had to fulfill the promise of 16 minis somehow), but no, there isn't any 'point' to it as such. Most people just smile and accept the extra mini; life being too short to be annoyed over things like this (but yes, it is **** strange). :)
