  1. Grand Admiral Thrawn Grand Moff Tarkin Governor Pryce all wearing that fantastic hat and chest plate
  2. Id only really like them to bring out the Uwing for added squadrons, however i would like to see more in the way of elite pilots. Id love more imperial aces and variations on pilots for the bigger squadron ships like a Ghost with Ezra or Millennium Falcon Piloted by Chewbacca. As for big ships id love these · the Ark Hammer. Stupidly high engineering value, experimental slots and coming with a boarding card of the dark troopers 1-3 each with a different effect that can only be fielded if the Ark Hammer is in the fleet. · Imperial listener ship. Flotilla of course with intel abilities, looking at dials and forcing activations or even advancing your own activations. For the rebels i want these · Quasar (Phoenix home). Only fair since the empire now have 2 star destroyers why not give the rebels a stolen ship with a high fighter value. · the Dornean gunships. Flotilla but with a bit of a bite to it, maybe able to take ordnance upgrades or just generally be a bit more tanky than the other flotillas. Thats what id like but im still hyped for Thrawn

  4. But if it’s only just at the printer there is no chance of us seeing it before the end of the year. Guess il have to find something else for my family to get my for Christmas
  5. I think we will see new fighter packs with U wings and tie aggressors. We will also see the intel gozanti and maybe the Braha tok gunship for the rebel’s.
  6. Do we really think the Admirals will arrive on time or that they will be late? its getting on in the year and we havnt had any more news on them. On the upcoming list they are still in development and considering the time it takes for these things to get made and shipped I am not so hopeful we will see them before the end of the year. Abyone else think it knkw otherwise?
  7. It is highly unlikely they will stop making ships for armada. They need to maintain the game to maintain the license for it so I think we'd see ffg make their own ships first after exhausting all other film ships first before they even head down the path of ending the game
  8. I'd rather see armada focus on galactic empire as it's time setting even if that does mean we get reprints with new upgrades. However we have seenteh FFg are happy to come up with their own designs for ships so I don't see a reason why they need to go into another time setting where the ships are just stupidly big. However we're FFG to release a sub game using the same rule set set in the time frame for Star Wars 7-9 I wouldn't be opposed. But at the moment we havnt seen enough of the resistance to assume they have anything more than the Radus in their fleet.
  9. I like that idea, like protect the ship with your commander on until it has calculated the jump to hyperspace (6 turns). Have a set up with with player 1 in the middle of the play area and player 2 can set up anywhere within range 3 of the play area edge. Player 2 can take an additional 100pts of fleet assets.
  10. I'd love a Rebels expansion for this game. id be happy if they added more map tiles to the game, like you get in the BSG game. We could have Lothal and planets surrounding the whole series added onto a map tile that's accessible from a certain location or even work it into the game so that a small rebel base is there and if found it gives the empire various bonuses. Il have to have a thibk of how it could work
  11. I'm not entirely sure what the response to the Corellian Conflict was but I got one really enjoyed it. Id love more like this to be released but maybe with upgrade cards, like new commanders and ship titles. We could see a Batonn insurgence campaign where we have fleet admiral Dural as a commander and a pre promotion Admiral Thrawn as a captain. New rebel commanders like Nightswan (all taken from the Thrawn book) we could have a Lothal campaign where we see a commander variant of Hera and Ezra another thing I'd like to see is a campaign with a focus, where we see the rebels trying to achieve something like getting information on project Stardust by completing various missions with specialist objectives like hit and run missions or attacking. One where the empire player starts with an overwhelming force and we see a rebel commander trying to unite the rebel cells and as the campaign goes on the rebel player gets access to new ships like the MC75 and MC 80. Sorry to just splurge ideas out I'm sure many people do. The thing I'd like to see is more campaign packs being used to get more upgrades and variety into the game, especially ship titles. anyone else want to jump in with ideas or discuss potential upsides or downsides of this
  12. Iv found them most effective if left you leave them until the last squadrons you activate. If you can screen them well they are great for hopping into combat and back out. Iv used them with a tie fighter wall and just have them pop in after the enemy's squadrons have activated and get in another hit then jump back out.

If the Thrawn Novel is anything to go by the female captain will be Captain Faro, then Governor Pryce, Taskmaster Grint and Instructor Goran, mostly from Rebels and tied to Thrawn in someway (Faro is Captain of the Chimera, Pryce and Thrawn helped eachother to their respective positions, Grint im not sure about and Goran went to skystrike academy, a place Thrawn sent his adversaries in the imperial academy to). If there is another character itl be Eli Vanto who helped Thrawn become Grand Admiral, itl doubtfully be Krenic. I for one dont think we will get 2 commanders, I think its just a mistake but we certainly aint seen all the cards on offer in the pack
