  1. Question: Does anyone know why pilot skills are so low in X-Wing 2.0?
  2. So I ran this list today at a tournament, and having not played X-Wing in a while, I played fairly well. I went 1-2, and was so close in that last game, that only bad playing on my part caused me to lose (oops). How could I adjust this list to make it better? Colonel Jendon: -Collision Detector, Tractor Beam, Fleet Officer, Darth Vader, ST-321 title Captain Oicunn: -Expose, Conner Net, BoShek, Mara Jade, Systems Officer, Dauntless, Engine Upgrade It was pretty fun, especially having Oicunn make a green maneuver, and then Systems Officer let’s Jendon lock onto someone, and his title let’s him lock onto anyone, only to give it back to him before combat. Oicunn then bumps people or boosts onto people. They are pretty solid ships even by themselves but they get jacked up if stressed too much.
  3. Quick question: If I put an “Accuracy Corrector” on “Backdraft”, would adding the crit from his ability count as modifying attack dice? What if Palpatine was in the same list, could I announce his ability, then use accuracy correctors? How would these work?

  5. Hmmm... This could a lot of different ways, but it all depends on your play style, what ships you like, tactics, etc. I personally LOVE defenders, because they are just so good. Heres my advice: It looks like you want to keep Vessery, and he looks pretty good. But what about taking out that Delta guy, and using Colonel Jendon (26) with the title (3). That puts you at 98, and that’s not bad if you really want the initiative. This way you can lock onto anyone, then pass the lock off to OL, then Vessery will get one too. Just some target lock shenanigans... This could get even better if you give Jendon FCS (2), but then took off that ion cannon (-3), 97 points. Put on Tractor Beam (1), and XX-23 S-Thread Tracers (1). A total of 99 if I can do math. I think this would be really fun to play, and I’ve noticed that the more fun I have in tournaments, the better I do. Mess around and have fun!
  6. Hello! I haven’t played X-Wing in a while, and I’m starting to get back into it after I picked up the TIE Silencer. I wanted to make a list with the Silencer, and this is what I have so far: •Test Pilot “Blackout” (31) -Intensity (2) -Collision Detector (0) -Threat Tracker (3) -Autothrusters (2) •First Order Vanguard (2) Total: 40 points I thought this could be fun, especially with asteroid shenanigans. Could I get some suggestions for what to do with the other 60 points? I tried to fit something I am good at flying, but I had too many points left (i.e. a defender, but like 15 points left; not enough for another ship). P.S. I have all Imperial ships except for Kylo’s shuttle
  7. So... I built this list because I thought it could do a lot of damage, and it looks kinda fun to play. Should I change anything? Countess Ryad (34): Juke (2) Tie/x7 (-2) Stealth Device (3) Lieutenant Kestal (22): Ruthlessness (3) TLT (6) Unguided Rockets (2) Lightweight Frame (2) Omicron Group Pilot (21): Darth Vader (3) Fleet Officer (3) Tractor Beam (1) Total: 100 Points Ryad with stealth device and her title makes her really survivable, Kestal can fire TLT from afar and if 1 hits, Ruthlessness kicks in. Lambda is just there to get in the way, and feed both ships focus tokens, and attack with Tractor Beam, then using Vader's ability after.
  8. He left me with all the Rebel ships except for the arc-170 and the new Wookie ship.
  9. Hello! I have been playing X-Wing for about a year now, and have gone to various store tournaments. I have never gone to any competitions bigger than that, since I haven't actually won any games that I have played. Being a dedicated Imperial player, I have all the Imperial ships (more than 1 copy of a few). The problem here is that I only have Imperial stuff, therefore none of the other upgrade cards are accessible to me... Possibly why I can't win any games Anyhow, my cousin who also plays is leaving on a trip, and long story short, he is leaving all his Rebel things with me. With Imperial and Rebel cards + ships at my disposal, I would like some help building the ultimate Imperial squadron that can help me (and others ) win a first tournament. Please, any Imperial list suggestions or tips would be great! P.S. Lately I have been using double defenders with Palp shuttle... does that still work well?
