  1. Kyle Katarn is at a more reasonable 6. And he was actually properly trained.
  2. 2 Turn is white instead of red and K-turn is 4 instead of 5. Only differences betwen their dials. Identical greens too!
  3. Can run TIE Bombers instead for this kinda thing. Some nice Gamma Vets or just cheaper Scimitars.... Or Rhymer.
  4. Not useless, but I do think it has nothing to offer except just a turret slot. It's the only redeeming quality it has (And only thing that really sets it apart from the Bomber) and can't even do any interesting combos with it due to boring upgrade slots.

  6. Yeah, Rey is somehow godlike PS8 and she had never flown out of atmosphere. Sure, she trained a lot in a simulator but Academy graduates have to do the same. It's just JEDI SHENANIGANS!
  7. I've mostly seen the Bounty Hunters in action in comics. I guess Soontir is mostly novels. Don't know if any is really "well-known".
  8. X-Wing did more for Dengar, Corran, Jake, Bossk, Zuckuss, Soontir, etc. (Making people interested in them) Than any of those obscure comic books ever could.
  9. ^^^ Isn't it worthwhile to take the bomb? If Nym bumps you at R1 and drops a bomblet with "Genius" your guys will probably survive, but that means you get about 5 range 1 modified shots on him, which has a pretty good chance of destroying him right then and there. THat's like 40-ish points gained and less than that lost in worst case scenario.
  10. what about this? Overwhelm Elite Talent - 1 point (or 2) When attacking, remove any number of focus or evade tokens from friendly ships at range 1. For every token removed this way, the defender must remove 1 token of the same type. Howl attacks first with unmodded crap, still can screw that Overclocked Dengar and Attani token turtling. Edit: Probably can be abused even worse by Attani lists with Manaroo by giving a billion tokens to the user of this EPT.

  12. Think the intended interaction was to use Intensity to get BR + Focus, which then lets you fire Rockets or some sorta decent shot with TLT. Would have been decent with EPT Generics.

If it really is an Imperial Y-Wing, we need a card like this: TIE/AG Automated Protocols Title - 1 point After you perform a primary weapon attack, you may immediately perform an attack with a Turret secondary weapon against a target OUTSIDE your firing arc. Maybe not very creative, but the Aggressor's turret is supposed to be rear-pointing weapon unmanned by the pilot, who instead focused on flying and shooting in front. I mean, just look at Double-Edge's artwork where he's destroying 2 ships simultaneously!
  15. I think the Astromech slot goes a long way to make Y-wings cool and interesting. This one is more bland than a Y-Wing.
  16. I just looked carefully at this ship's chassis and compared it to the closest stuff I could find and noticed some depressing stuff that will probably surprise nobody. The ship is pretty much a TIE bomber with a bit different upgrade slots. It trades torpedoes, bomb and possibility of crew for a turret slot. It has pretty much the same dial and survirvability, bit with way worse pilot abilities, no EPT Generic, less versatility (No Extra Muns) and costing slightly more (about 1 point roughly). Essentially, this ship is practically worthless if it doesn't have a turret equipped. In this era of super aggressively costed new ships, it could have even afforded to be 15 or 16 points (Around Rebel Operative/Bomber cost) for the PS2, or it should have been PS1. If you put the TIE bomber together with a TIE Aggressor you pretty much get a Scurrg Bomber, which has the same and better upgrade slots, better dial, more power, tons of shields and cool pilots. I was kinda hyped for this ship since it looked pretty unique, but now just realizing how lame it is, not a happy day for a loyal Imperial Player. Sorry if just crying with info everyone already knows, I just wanted to vent a bit.

  20. I know it's extremely new, but what is your preliminary opinion on the TIE Aggressor (more specifically, the basic Sienar specialist), @MajorJuggler? I think it's at least 1 point overcosted by current-day standards. Might be even more on your end since I'm using some bad ships like TIE Bomber, TIE Fighter, and Y-Wing as reference.

  22. Except it's not possible to change a Maneuver Dial since it is a physical object... Also, 2 white Sloops is broken. We know this because 1 white Sloop is already broken.
  23. To update on the RAC math from earlier. The first 3 dice have an expected Damage of 1.5 . Then 1 of the dice is also allowed to land on focus, which increases it's damage from 0.5 to 0.75. Added up, expected average damage is 2.25, same as with Focus or TL, except that there's higher odds of a crit.
