  1. Arissa hated the Master. Hated her. HATED HER. Why was she sent on these errands to these backwater planets barely fit for the scum inhabitants never mind someone like her. The frustration made her want to scream. But she know better than to draw attention to herself in such a place. But even with the relative danger of the jungle something was wrong. She could feel it in the air never mind with the Force. Something her was hunting. Something big and dangerous. She reached out and grasped the Force. Took its power and made it hers. She then drew her Shoto and lit the blade.   6. Parry to reduce the stun by 10, then 3 from the parry is 7 strain. How much strain can I cause with the despair?

  8. I'll go with that actually I have something fun in mind. With 3 of the threat I will knock you prone. And the other 2 I will use for a free manoeuvre on your turn, Drop the Saber as an incidental and draw my Ancient Blade.
  9. The Force cursed furbag pulled that dodge again. It was quite the annoyance. With a flourish of her Saber Arissa put a wall of plasma between her and Grrawlryyhl blinding him for a mere moment, but just long enough.

  13. Unarmed parry is 1 strain btw. I dont know how using a fist to parry a Lightsaber is less stressful than the other way around but.....
  14. Arissa spun her blade and hit a stinging blow to Grrawlryyhls leg before he could bat the Saber away. She could see his effort he was using in deflecting the strike was getting getting more and more with each small cut. Not long now and she could finally be off this frozen rock.

  16. Flipiing a destiny point as an oot to regain 4 strain then parry for 3 strain using the despair to add a counter attack for 7 damage.
  17. Thats the beauty of the system, not every item needs points only those few that can cause problems in combination.
  18. So I had an idea. Idk if any of you play Magic. But there's a format called Canadian Highlander. 100 card Singleton format. Most importantly to my point tho is they don't have a ban and restricted list. There's a points system. So the more powerful cards have points added to them and your deck has a limited number if points allowed. I think this could translate to a future set of games quite well. Example - a thermal detinator is a full 5 out of 5 points and a saber is 4. So no one could be a saber wielding thermal chucking op jerk. But someone could take 5 1 point items and be quite well off. What do ppl think?
  19. Arissa swung her blade but the Wookie was never one to let a blow strike true he deflected most of the hit but still took a serious burn along his forearm. Even this glancing nip was enough to give her some of the arrogant confidence she would normally be seething in. "Where was that tricky little dodge this time Grrwalyyhl? Don't tell me you are tired already? Or is it a little to cold for your delicate skin? Hahaha!"
