I tweeted to FFG about the dice reprint and they have no plans. Ridiculous! With the release of this game people want to replace those standard black dice with AH ones... missed opportunity and very annoying.

    Arkham Horror Premium Figures

The painting quality on these models is shockingly bad! I'm sure FFG were quite dismayed when they received them and see them as a bit of an embarrassment against their usual high quality products! Best to remove the "premium" versions and pretend they never existed.
  3. Because 7 investigators are all that is left to fulfill the entire list. As per my post just now, there are no more to release into an additional box.
  4. I'd be very surprised if they didn't end the product line after this expansion: All Investigators are now released We have 4 large boxes and 4 small boxes, which tends to be the trend across all lines as the maximum The game has had a solid rule base and doesn't need additional elements Given the popularity of EH and the issues with AH, they can now look at doing a better AH 2nd Edition :-D

If I just purchased the entire game?!

Well when I saw that in Unseen Forces that there were replacement cards, and it stated that they were as per the REVISED cards in the Core set, i simply ignored them. However, it later turned out that whilst i did have the revised core set, that the Other WOrld cards had NOT Been replaced and i had the old versions. I could never understand why anyone would go to an Other World location which gave both an Elder Sign AND a Doom token as a reward. The revised versions give a Reprieve on the Doom token and make much more sense!

    Using basic Magic Spells

When using the magic spells to secure a die, can this be either on a successful or failed roll? If a roll is failed, is a die is still discarded when using the Magic Spell (i.e. the magic spell doesn't negate discarding when failed). Thus securing a die on a spell will remove two dice from the pool (1 for a failure and 1 for secure)? Thanks

Gates of Arkham - Yibb-Tstll's attacks

Yes, but does that mean each attack just lose 1 Sanity and 1 Stamina as an independent attack regardless of the Clues? I read it as if you didn't have any clues, and an investigator is devoured, "THEN" lose the San and Sta.

Gates of Arkham - Yibb-Tstll's attacks

The attack for this AO states that each investigator who does not have a Clue is devoured. Does this infer that at a Midnight, when the AO attacks, that one clue is automatically removed from each Player's resource pool? Without such, I don't see how the investigator would ever lose (assuming they entered the battle with at least one Clue token. Avoiding using Clues during the battle would ensure that it's just a matter of time before the Investigators won.
