    given the reliance on high force Rating in Steel Hand it actually might be better to pair it with more F&D or Universal force specs and just use the Trandoshan claws to overcome the Crit. 

    You do miss out on Supreme Precision Strike if you don’t take Martial Artist... so that undercuts some of the builds strength but more force Rating would arguably make up for it in Sunder and Pierce qualities.

  6. Alternative to Initiative:

    Mindful Assessment check performed and PC is granted a slot in Initiative as if he rolled no success and no advantage. Choose an opponent or type of opponent and roll a Average Perception or Knowledge Check. (Skill depends on situation) Add Boost and Setback as appropriate. 

    If skills succeeds then PC adds Boost to their combat Checks Targeting the chosen foe. In addition, may spend Adv and Triumph on table. 

    1 Adv or 1 Triumph: Remove 1 Setback from attacks on chosen foe. 

    2 Adv or 1 Triumph: Add Setback to Combat Checks the opponent uses against you. Add 2 Setback to attacks they make on your Allies. 

    3 Adv or 1 Triumph: Add one additional boost. 

    1 Triumph: Character adds +2 Dmg to 1 Hit from each successful attack against chosen foe during encounter. 

    2 Triumph: Add automatic 2 Advantage to all combat Checks made by characters or their allies against chosen foe during encounter.

    Lightfoil: 5 Dmg, 2 Crit, 1 Enc, 1 HP, 9,850 Creds, Breach 1, Defensive 2, Sunder. (Like a shoto but designed to be used solo not in pairs)
