  1. Thanks for linking that group. They have a lot of really useful info on there.
  2. I'm pretty excited to see what these next expansions do for the Empire. Rebel and Merc have had their time in skirmish, it's time to get the imps back on that level.
  3. With the Heart of the Empire expansion that was just announced, we get the Driven by Hatred card for Vader. Do you think we will see a resurgence of him in the Skirmish scene? I would love to see some epic Jedi Luke vs Vader action. Such an iconic character needs to see more time on the table.
  4. I did notice Redcap's does Star Wars games every Friday, maybe I'll need to try to check them out at some point seeing that they are the closest one to me by far, I'm just west of Philly in the Manayunk area, or I'll need to check out Games Keep on Sundays. I'm lucky enough to have a girlfriend that enjoys playing IA with me, but we are both total novices at list creation, so it would be great to see some veteran insight.
  5. Thanks for replying. Top Deck is only about 30 minutes from me, so that isn't bad. Yes, I was referring to Red Caps. I would love to go to that one, but it really has accessibility problems. I just moved to Philly a little over a year ago, and I'm quite surprised by the lack of places to play games. I would think somewhere this populated would have a larger demand than what the two stores in an hour radius can handle (with the exception of Magic, because somehow that is still everywhere).
  6. Hello everyone. I recently picked up Imperial Assault late last year. I started off playing a campaign and was immediately hooked. I finally got around to trying out skirmish about a month ago, and I loved that even more. I couldn't help but buy all of the Imperial Assault sets after that. I've been doing tons of research on team composition, command cards, etc. I would love any advice from the more experienced players out there, but more importantly, I would really like to know where I can play around Philly. I keep reading about how Philly has produced great tournament players, but I can only find one location near the city to play, and it's not one that I really want to go to due to the difficulty of finding parking around there. If anyone has any info, I would love to hear it.
