Hah, I still knew that one from the Eldritch Horror days. Best Ancient one in that game by quite a bit, too. (It kind of turned the entire game around a bit: where usually in Eldritch Horror/Arkham Horror, one tries to prevent the coming of the Old One or defeat them in a boss battle, if the stopping fails, playing against the Syzygy meant that the end was unavoidable. The Syzygy was coming after X turns, at which point a cosmic conjunction would happen and the eye of Azathoth would fall on the Earth. Instead of preventing this, the players were solving quests to activate Earth's ancient magical defences and make the final boss fight easier. Edit: Also I'd really love to write a fan AH campaign based on it, but I have no idea how one would even go about such a thing.)
